  • When your Internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our services iPerformanceTVand then request a refund.
  • The great team is always ready to answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and if you can't set up the service iPerformanceTV on the devices you have for any reason, this will not include refunds. Please review and learn the necessary configuration tutorials.
  • If you made a mistake in choosing the service and made the payment, you can contact our sales team on the contact page our team will review and accept and make the refund.
  • If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will be accepted.
